Practical Life of Science

The Practical Life of Science was quite an evening of learning!

We began with a presentation on Solids, Liquids, and Gases. Then we joined together to perform the Molecule Dance as a whole. It was molecule partying at its finest!

After the molecule dance, parents viewed and interacted with individual experiments available to them. In total, there were 24 science experiments for parents to complete in both Early Childhood rooms.

Some highlights – making a color wheel, seeing how dilution is the solution to pollution, friction, simple machines, surface tension, viscosity, air pressure, magnetism, and diffusion.

Please feel free to ask if you have questions about the experience or if you missed it and want to know more – we are always here for you! The investment and gift in your children’s education in our Montessori school will last a lifetime.
